§ 01 — Non-Custodial Design
SigVault is a non-custodial wallet management tool. Your private keys never leave your hardware devices. We do not have access to your funds or the ability to move your Bitcoin.
§ 02 — Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the service: your account information (email, name), wallet configuration metadata (descriptors, device identifiers), and transaction coordination data. We do not track your Bitcoin addresses or balances beyond what is needed for wallet functionality.
§ 03 — Data Storage
Account and wallet metadata are stored in encrypted databases. Sensitive cryptographic material (extended public keys, descriptors) is stored server-side only to enable multi-device coordination and is never shared with third parties.
§ 04 — Third-Party Services
SigVault connects to the Bitcoin network through Electrum servers to sync wallet balances and broadcast transactions. These connections transmit your public wallet data but never your private keys.
§ 05 — Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Contact us at the support page to exercise this right.
