By accessing or using SigVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

§ 02 — Description of Service

SigVault provides Bitcoin multi-signature wallet management tools, including hardware wallet integration, transaction coordination, and vault management. SigVault is non-custodial — you retain full control of your private keys at all times.

§ 03 — User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, private keys, and backup materials. SigVault cannot recover lost keys or reverse Bitcoin transactions.

§ 04 — No Financial Advice

SigVault does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Use of the service is at your own risk.

§ 05 — Limitation of Liability

SigVault is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of funds, data, or damages arising from your use of the service.
